Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact. Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”) are excluded.

2. How to Return

  1. Log in to your account at ethicalsfashion.com
  2. Navigate to “Order History”
  3. Select item(s) for return
  4. Print prepaid return label
  5. Ship within 14 days of approval

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive return
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable

4. Exchanges
For size/color exchanges:

  1. Return original item via standard process
  2. Place new order for desired item
  3. Email us at [email protected] for price adjustments

5. International Returns
Customers outside the U.S.:

  • Responsible for return shipping costs
  • Must mark package as “RETURN” on customs forms
  • Original shipping/duties non-refundable

6. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damage/defect
  • Photos of packaging
    We’ll arrange free return & replacement

7. Store Credit Option
Choose store credit and receive:

  • 10% bonus credit (e.g., 100return=100return=110 credit)
  • No expiration date
  • Redeemable on all future orders

8. Special Cases

  • Holiday extension: Purchases Nov 1-Dec 31 may return until Jan 31
  • Made-to-order items: Non-returnable unless defective
